Emma Salisbury

🇬🇧 Web Design, Frontend Development, and Photography, UK

Hi, I'm Emma

I am a freelance creative specialising in Web Design, Frontend Development, and Photography. I love utilising these skills together, so that I can get my clients from idea to completed product.

My photography started as predominantly portrait photography, but I am able to capture whatever you need to get your website up and running.

To design your sites and apps I use Figma, which I then translate into a working model, using either vanilla or React. I use VS Code, and feel comfortable integrating systems like Bootstrap when they're needed.

Take a look at what I have been working on...

Travel Landing Page

I built this landing page to showcase my skills with advanced CSS, including Grids and multiple layers. I used a large amount of embedding on this page, so that I can integrate multiple forms of media.

React Timezone App

This app was built to showcase my abilities in javaScript, and integrating API's.

Photography Portfolio

This page is highly responsive, due to the nature of showcasing imagery, it was vital that the website remained clean and simple. I used advanced CSS, such as Grids, and hover transitions.

Blog

Psych&Suitcase is a blog about Travel and Psychology, built with Vanilla Code. It is fully responsive.

React Dictionary

This Dictionary App was built using React, I had to integrate multiple API's to ensure both the dictionary functions, and the automated image search function.
